1. Understanding and assessment:
  •  Develop training needs and objectives.
  •  Understand the company: products, markets and competitive environment.
  •  Assessment and intake of participants and their direct managers. Identification of potential projects.
  •  Link with other training initiatives.
2. Development of the training programme:
  •  Based on skills and identified projects a customized training programme is developed in close collaboration with the client. 
3. Training delivery and coaching:
  •  Kick-off of the programme usually off-site.
  •  Regular team working session, facilitated by the trainers.
  •  Intermediate exercises, case preparation 
  •  Trainers facilitate implementation of knowledge to company projects.
4. Implentation of knowledge:
  •  Closing of the programme
  •  Embedding knowledge and tools in the company’s organisation
  •  Hand-over of the mentorship to the clients management team
